Roasted garlic should be a pantry staple, as it' dead-ass simple to do: wrap up garlic bulbs in foil and roast at 425ish for 30 minutes. Let rest in the foil for another 30 before using. I like mine on a slice of toasted baguette. Or a rare steak.
